The RESO has the mandate to operate the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi du Sud-Ouest de Montréal (Youth Employment Centre of Southwest Montreal) (CJE). It provides young adults with personalized guidance to help them through various personal undertakings:

• Educational and occupational information.
• Job search, training and internship assitance.
• Support in developing work projects or plans to study abroad.
• Entrepreneurship sensitization and encouragement.
• Support and accompaniment for carrying out youth projects.
