Vocational Training

Free, confidential, and available for as long as you need.

Since its founding, RESO has set up several vocational training programs in different fields, particularly health and construction.

How do we choose our vocational training programs?

By considering:

  • Demand or labour shortage in certain fields.
  • Favourable or very favourable job prospects.
  • Training that does not require overly high educational prerequisites.
  • Training payable by Emploi-Québec.
  • Trades that provide a good salary and require only a vocational diploma.

By conducting first-hand research:

  • Surveying companies
  • Information from the sectoral committee
  • Prospects information from Emploi-Québec

Why enroll in vocational training at RESO?

  • Diploma recognized by the Ministère de l'Éducation and industry
  • Personalized, individual follow-up to iron out difficulties arising during training
  • No eligibility test for the school
  • Small group (15 people maximum)

How do we choose our candidates?

We have established a selection process based on vocational guidance, motivation, availability and the candidate’s personality.

Mandatory steps:

  1. Attending an information session
  2. Individual interview
  3. Group meeting
  4. School or workplace visits

Further steps may be required if the number of interested participants is high.
