Since its founding in 1984, RESO has accompanied thousands of unemployed people through a variety of voluntary training and work reintegration initiatives.
Our objective:

Our services are financed by Emploi-Québec.

Individually: Personalized meetings, one hour per week or more according to your needs, with a job counsellor, for:

As a group:

Exploration of the job market
- Thematic workshop on various employment fields
- Visits to schools, vocational training centres, companies, etc.

- Employment assistance recipients
- Employment insurance recipients
- People without income
Residents of the Sud-Ouest, namely: Saint-Henri, Petite-Bourgogne, Pointe-Saint-Charles, Griffintown, Cote-Saint-Paul, Ville-Emard, Verdun, LaSalle and Lachine.
The Carrefour jeunesse emploi du Sud-Ouest de Montréal, another RESO service, offers coaching to young people in the Sud-Ouest seeking to work or return to school.
